Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN Registered Nurse
Circulator to join our faith-based healthcare organization. As part
of our team, you will play a crucial role in our operating rooms,
supporting surgeons and other medical staff by ensuring the smooth
execution of procedures and maintaining the highest standards of
patient care. At Ascension, we are committed to transforming
healthcare through innovation and providing personalized,
compassionate care to every patient. Manage the operating room and
ensure it is sterile and safe for surgery. Assist in patient
preparation for surgery and provide care throughout the surgical
procedure. Ensure all necessary surgical supplies and tools are
available and in proper working condition. Monitor the patient's
condition and progress throughout the surgery. Collaborate with
surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to
ensure high standards of patient care. Maintain detailed and
accurate records of patient care and surgical proceedings. Adhere
to all hospital safety protocols and healthcare regulations. Strong
clinical skills in a surgical environment Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Ability to respond quickly and efficiently
in high-stress situations Detail-oriented with strong
organizational skills Proficient in using medical software and
surgical instruments Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
