Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Critical Care Unit to join our team! This person will provide specialized care for critical patients as well as focus on patient treatment and recovery. Critical Care Float Pool - RN Full Time/Permanent 6161 South Yale Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74136 Shift/Schedule Details: NOC- 7p to 7a | 3-12 hour days (36hr) schedule can vary. Range: $33.15 Per Hour as the beginning point, can be built based on Years of Experience. Incentives (Sign-on Bonus / Relocation): Relo: $10K for 2 years service Additional Notes (if any): $4 Shift Differential starting at 7p / $0.25 Shift Differential starting at 11p / $6 Critical Care Differential Note: Candidates should have at least 1 year of Critical Care Nursing experience. Strong PCU backgrounds are highly preferred. Candidates with solid Med-Surg experience may also be considered. Responsibilities: Assist physicians in performing special procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care Identify potential patient problems and take appropriate measures to intervene Maintain a high level of expertise in critical care nursing techniques Monitor and safeguard patient quality of care Ensure complete and accurate patient records Qualifications: 0 - 6 months related experience. Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways. Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
