local contract nursing job in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Job Description &

Warren Clinic Pay Range:$33.15 - $46.27 Shift/Schedule Details:
Days / Mon - Fri / 8:00am - 5:00pm Incentives (Sign-on Bonus /
Relocation): 10 K Sign On with 2 year commitment Additional Notes
(if any): Locals preferred. Must have Home Health experience and be
able to meet patients at all levels. Valid driver’s license, good
driving record, and own vehicle required. Must carry minimum
liability coverage; fingerprinting required. Flexible scheduling to
accommodate patient needs. Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile. travel
to patient homes in Skiatook and surrounding areas. $10,000 sign-on
