Physical Therapy Assistant Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,556 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Profession: Clinical Management Specialty: Physical Therapist Assistant Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days / As Needed Hours per Shift: Vary Experience: 0 - 6 months of related experience License: Valid State Licensure in Physical Therapist Assistant Certifications: N/A Must-Have: Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program Description: Provides clinical patient care by administering appropriate treatment. Completes patient records in a timely manner. Provides instruction to patients and/or family members. Progresses patient treatment as appropriate. Assists in modifying and re-setting functional goals. Carries patient load that reflects productivity standards. Maintains appropriate treatment records. Completes accurate daily patient charge sheets. Accurately reflects time spent and procedures performed. Maintains technical expertise through continuing education activities and departmental in-services. Attends scheduled in-services and departmental meetings. Attends one off-campus continuing education activity per year. Follows care path guidelines for patient/family education and documentation of home programs. Teaches patient/family member proper use of issued equipment. Schedules and prioritizes daily work assignments. Delegates basic patient treatments to support personnel as appropriate. Assists with volunteers and students as requested. Utilizes time-care consistently and correctly. Exercises independent judgment in making minor decisions where alternatives are limited. Coordinates activities with others without supervising. Works directly with patients and/or customers. Interacts with internal and external customers face to face or via telephone.
