Job Description:
We are seeking a Permanent Physician Primary Care
(Senior-Focused) in Oklahoma. Permanent Physician Primary Care
(Senior-Focused) Position Type: Specialty: Physician - Primary Care
Location: Oklahoma Rate: $180,000 $300,000/year (based on
experience, skills, and qualifications) Shift: Full-time,
outpatient Start Date: Open End Date: N/A Position Details: Patient
Population: Older adult patients (senior-focused) Setting:
Value-based outpatient clinic Responsibilities: Conduct physical
exams, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment
plans Manage chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD)
Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary team
Maintain accurate EMR documentation within 48 hours Provide
supervision to advanced practice providers as needed Ensure
compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, CMS, and other regulatory bodies
Deliver 5-star patient service aligned with the mission of better
health for seniors Required Procedures: General primary care
procedures for older adults EMR System: Proficiency required
(system unspecified) Support Staff: Multidisciplinary care team;
advanced practice providers Days Per Month: Full-time
On-Call/Weekends: Primarily outpatient with standard hours; minimal
on-call Submission Requirements: MD/DO from an accredited medical
school Active Oklahoma medical license 3 years of outpatient
primary care experience ACLS/BLS certification EMR proficiency
Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs and assist patients as needed
