Full-Time Onsite Salary: $200/hr (W2) $240/hr (1099) Position
Overview: Optigy is recruiting Emergency Medicine physicians to
join a high-functioning, freestanding Emergency Department in
Glenpool, OK. This site delivers high-quality emergency care to a
growing suburban population just 15 minutes south of Tulsa. The
center is staffed exclusively by board-certified EM physicians and
supported with modern diagnostics and on-site lab access. ED
Volume: 19,000 annual visits Beds: 13 treatment rooms, including 1
trauma room and 1 psych-safe room Admission Rate: 14% Staffing
Model: 12-hour shifts with 24 hours of physician coverage APP
support afternoons/evenings EMR: Epic 24-hour on-site lab On-site
imaging: X-ray and CT Board-Certified EM physician-only model J-1
Visa Sponsorship & H1B Cap Exempt Available Compensation: Base
Compensation: $200/hr (W2) $240/hr (1099) Sign-On Bonus: Up to
$90,000 CME/BEA: $4,000 tax-free annually New Grad Package: $6,500
licensing costs (state & DEA) in year one Employment Models: W-2
