a qualified Telemetry RN in Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74104! Job Title: RN
Telemetry I Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Telemetry
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening/Night Hours per Shift: 12
Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RN License Certifications:
BLS, NIH Certification Must-Have: Critical thinking skills, ability
to work with minimal supervision, ability to work in a stressful
environment. Description: Provides direct nursing care in
accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of
the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care
plans. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as
appropriate. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for
well-coordinated patient care. Notes and carries out physician and
nursing orders. Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge
planning needs with members of the healthcare team. Requires
critical thinking skills and decisive judgment. Follows Standard
Precautions using personal protective equipment as required. Cares
for all cardiac needs, including post-operative care. The
nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4-6. Supported by patient care
technicians and a healthcare unit coordinator. Utilization of
virtual sitter monitoring and telemetry monitoring is available.
