awareness Description: This position requires a Respiratory
Therapist specializing in RRT. The shifts will be nights, working
three 12-hour shifts per week. The facility is an acute care
hospital with a total of 171 staffed beds. It is a Magnet
recognized facility. Teamwork and interdisciplinary support are
emphasized in this environment. Candidates are expected to assist
in high-risk deliveries, care for adults, and perform critical
interventions. Experience in adult critical care, emergency
department, extubation, and tracheostomy care is essential. Weekend
coverage is required every other weekend. The facility supports a
diverse patient demographic, including neonates, infants, adults,
and geriatrics. Daily census may vary, requiring adaptability.

includes additional skills such as troubleshooting high-pressure
alarms and weaning from mechanical ventilation. All candidates must
