Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse – Oncology Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Oncology Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing services. This role involves working closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective oncology treatment and patient support. Key Responsibilities: Assess and deliver patient care considering age, cultural, and psychosocial needs Assist physicians with examinations, diagnostic procedures, and treatments Administer medications including IV, IM, and chemotherapy as prescribed Coordinate patient care including triage calls, appointment scheduling, and hospital admissions Provide patient and family education regarding treatment and wellness Maintain accurate patient documentation in electronic medical records Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes Qualifications & Requirements: Active Registered Nurse license (multi-state or state-specific) Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience Oncology and infusion experience preferred Valid BLS certification Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and nursing protocols Benefits: Full-time stable weekday schedule Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement savings options Paid time off and wellness programs Professional development and career growth opportunities Sign-on incentive and relocation assistance available (based on eligibility) Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
