Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This is an
exciting opportunity for a skilled Occupational Therapist to
provide essential support within a school setting. The role
involves working closely with students to develop and implement
individualized therapy plans that promote independence and enhance
participation in daily activities. The position is based in Rogers,
AR, and requires travel between schools in the area. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify students
occupational therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to each student's goals. Collaborate with
educators, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy
into the educational environment. Document student progress and
maintain accurate records. Provide consultation and training to
school staff regarding occupational therapy techniques and adaptive
equipment. Desired Qualifications: Valid Occupational Therapy
license. Experience working with school-aged children in
educational or clinical settings. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with
multidisciplinary teams. Ability to travel between multiple school
locations within the assigned area. Commitment to supporting
