Job Description Job Description Axis Healthcare is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Tulsa clinic near Tulsa Hills . This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys family medicine , is interested in pain management and addiction medicine , and wants to be part of a collaborative, integrated care team. What You’ll Do Provide family medicine and primary care services Manage patients in pain management and Suboxone treatment (training provided) Evaluate and manage GLP-1 weight loss therapies Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Work closely with physicians, nurses, behavioral health, and clinic staff Build long-term relationships with patients Document visits efficiently and accurately in the EMR What We’re Looking For Licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Active Oklahoma license (or ability to obtain) DEA license (or ability to obtain) Interest in pain management, addiction medicine, and weight management Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset Experience preferred, but training provided for Suboxone and specialty areas Schedule & Work Environment Monday–Friday schedule No nights or weekends Supportive, team-based clinic environment Focus on quality care and work–life balance Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and scope Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and paid holidays CME allowance Malpractice insurance covered Opportunity to grow within a multi-clinic organization About Axis Healthcare Axis Healthcare is an integrated care organization offering services across primary care, pain management, behavioral health, addiction treatment, weight management, and specialty care.
