About Us We are a multi-site behavioral health organization with
six additional locations across the U.S., providing medication
management to SUD treatment centers. For this job, you will be
working inside of a detoxification and residential treatment for
substance use disorders. We emphasize evidence-based care,
multidisciplinary collaboration, and professional growth. Position
Summary We are seeking an Oklahoma licensed NP or PA to provide
onsite medical services for clients in a Tulsa detox/residential
program. The clinician will perform History & Physical exams,
manage psychotropic and MAT-related medications, monitor medical
stability, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary treatment
teams and external providers. Key Responsibilities Conduct
comprehensive H&P evaluations and document medical history and
current status. Provide medication management, including
initiation/monitoring of psychotropics and medication-assisted
treatment (when indicated and permitted by program policies).
Monitor medical and psychiatric stability of residential/detox
clients; recognize and triage emergencies. Collaborate with
physicians, therapists, case managers, and nursing staff to develop
and implement individualized care plans. Communicate with external
providers, pharmacies, and payers as needed for continuity of care.
Maintain accurate, timely charting in the electronic medical record
and meet regulatory documentation standards. Participate in
treatment team meetings, discharge planning, and aftercare
coordination. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, state
regulations, and facility policies. Provide patient education on
medications, side effects, and safety. Support quality improvement
and program development initiatives. Qualifications Current NP or
PA license in Oklahoma DEA registration and controlled-substance
prescribing privileges per state law (or ability to obtain).
Experience in addiction medicine, psychiatry, emergency medicine,
or primary care preferred. Comfortable working in a
residential/detox setting and collaborating with multidisciplinary
teams. Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication,
and crisis-management skills. Ability to work onsite,
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Preferred Experience with MAT
(buprenorphine, naltrexone, methadone coordination) and
psychotropic management in patients with co-occurring disorders.
Prior experience in inpatient/residential behavioral health.
