wellness and external vitality. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a
skilled, compassionate Medical Assistant (MA) to join our growing
aesthetic clinic. The MA will support clinical and administrative
operations while delivering exceptional patient care in a
fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is ideal for a
detail-oriented nurse with a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and
patient education. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: · None ESSENTIAL
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Registered Nurse with aesthetic
treatments and non-invasive cosmetic procedures including but not
limited to: Injections GLP-1 administration Laser Hair Removal
General Aesthetic and Wellness Procedures Perform the following
Treatments: Emsculpt NEO Emsella Exion ExoMind Prepare treatment
rooms, supplies, and equipment according to clinical protocols
Perform patient intake, assessments, and documentation Educate
patients on treatment plans, pre- and post-care instructions, and
skincare regimens Administer medications and treatments as
permitted by state scope of practice Maintain accurate medical
records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Support
inventory management, ordering, and stocking of clinical supplies
Uphold infection control, safety standards, and clinic policies
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive patient
experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Minimum of 1 year of
clinical Medical Assistant experience (aesthetic or cosmetic
experience preferred but not required) Ability to start IVs Strong
communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to
multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Professional appearance and demeanor Support retail and package
conversation as appropriate EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE 1 year of
Medical Assistant Experience, or Certification Current CPR/BLS
certification REQUIREMENTS & WORK ENVIRONMENT: Prolonged periods of
standing or sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be
