Job Description Central Michigan – Interventional Pain Physician
Opening Clinical Role: Permanent job opening Seeking a Board
Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain Medicine Physician
Fellowship trained (ACGME accreditation required) Accepting
Anesthesiology or PM&R trained candidates Outpatient clinic
setting – Monday to Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Full-time position Main
locations: Midland, Alma, and Clare Additional satellite coverage
possible in Gladwin, West Branch, and Saginaw Work alongside
physicians, APPs, and nursing support staff Procedures include MBB,
RFAs, stim trials and other bread-and-butter interventional
techniques Flexible on procedures – can tailor based on your skill
set Medication management required only when clinically appropriate
Patients: Chronic pain referrals (not limited to personal injury)
No formal call schedule – only occasional consult calls from
physicians Organization Information: Nationwide pain management
group partnering with rural community hospitals near metropolitan
cities Competitive compensation (details discussed directly with
the client) 1099 position Two-year income guarantee After year two:
collections-based model (100% of professional fees less direct
expenses) Medical malpractice insurance provided Stipends for
health insurance and CME/licensing expenses COVID-19 vaccine
