Job Description OUTPATIENT PRIMARY CARE OPPORTUNITY COMMUNITY
Tulsa proper has a population of over 410,000 while the immediate
surrounding area has over 1 million people. “The Birthplace of
Route 66” or “T-Town” grew rapidly due to early success of the oil
industry. Located in the area also known as "Green Country" due to
its lush landscape and rolling hills at the foothills of the
Ozarks. Tulsa has its own symphony orchestra, ballet and opera, as
well as several museums. The Arkansas River plus several 4 year
universities OSU, Univ of Oklahoma branches, Oral Roberts Univ. &
Tulsa University provide sports and music events most of the year.
Tulsa also hosts the national championships for Motocross annually.
Hiking trails are abundant with Shadow Mountain, the Osage Hills &
Turkey Mountain all closeby. Several places of worship and its
regional airport can help make this a great place to practice!
OVERVIEW Clinic serves local Medicare patient populations at our
innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers. This
popular value-based care model & competitive bonuses are structured

leadership culture! ROLE Will see patients in 100% outpatient
clinic with No Nights, No Weekends! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Patient Volume: 13-16 a day Visits: 20 min. regular visit/ 40 min.
full diagnostic and new patient Equipment at clinic: Labs on site
with a phlebotomist Providers per clinic: Average 3-5 Physicians
care team: Scribe, MA, Social Worker PACKAGE Salary range
commensurate with experience $220-$250K Bonus: Based on quality
metrics Physician Partnership Track 6 weeks of PTO= vacation
