TimeConsultation & Telemedicine PsychiatristPosition Overview:Saint
Francis Health System is seeking a Board-Certified or
Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to provide adult psychiatric
consultations at Saint Francis South and telemedicine coverage for
the Muskogee area. This position offers an excellent balance of
clinical impact and lifestyle, with no weekend shifts and limited
on-call responsibilities. Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric
consultations for adult inpatients at Saint Francis South. Deliver
telepsychiatry consultations for patients in the Muskogee region.
Participate in on-call rotations (1–2 nights every other week) for
Laureate Psychiatric Clinic and Hospital — no weekend shifts
required. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care in
an inpatient setting. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance
with Saint Francis Health System standards. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team of providers to ensure comprehensive patient
care.Required Qualifications: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
Psychiatrist (new graduates welcome to apply). Comfortable
providing care via telemedicine platforms. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to patient care.
Ability to manage limited after-hours call (1–2 nights every other
week). Proficient in managing a broad spectrum of adult psychiatric
conditions.Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in
psychiatric consultation or telepsychiatry. Willingness to expand
telemedicine skills and collaborate with Advanced Practice
Providers (APPs).Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary
with RVU-based productivity bonus. Comprehensive benefits package
