Job Description:
Join Ascension as a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry unit,

advanced technology to continuously monitor patients' cardiac and
other vital information, ensuring the highest standards of care.
You'll work alongside a dedicated team striving to improve health
outcomes in our community through innovative practices and
thoughtful patient engagement. Monitor patients' vital signs and
cardiac patterns using telemetry equipment. Respond to and report
any significant physiological changes. Coordinate with healthcare
team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care
plans. Educate patients and families on management of illnesses and
post-hospital treatment. Prepare patients for examinations and
treatments. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor
patients for reactions or side effects. Proficiency in using
telemetry equipment and interpreting data Strong assessment and
decision-making skills Effective communication skills for
interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare
professionals Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,
stressful environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
valid in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred
