Job Description:
SSM Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nurturing healthcare team.

critical role in providing comprehensive nursing care in various
settings, ensuring the well-being of patients and supporting the

in the communities we serve. Administer nursing care to ill,
injured, or disabled patients within the scope of licensed
practice. Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or
behavior. Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists
regarding patient care. Educate patients about health maintenance
and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient medical records
and document nursing care actions. Provide advice and emotional
support to patients and their family members. Knowledge of standard
clinical procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physical workload. Capability to work effectively
in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Electronic Health
Records (EHR) software. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification.
