Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC OASIS and HCHB experience Required Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health Shift: Days Shift Details: DAYS - 8 HR - Monday - Friday, 8A - 5P Positions Available: 1 Territory: Within 50 mile radius within Bartlesville region Location Highlights Tulsa offers a diverse range of attractions for residents and visitors alike.
