registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years Stepdown RN
experience required. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized nursing
care in a fast-paced stepdown and telemetry unit during night
shifts. This role requires critical thinking, strong clinical
judgment, and leadership to deliver safe, effective care to
patients with acute medical needs. You will be accountable for
assessing, planning, and implementing patient care while
supervising support staff and ensuring adherence to hospital
policies and nursing standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
comprehensive nursing care to stepdown and telemetry patients using
the Nursing Process. Monitor patient conditions, recognizing
changes and initiating appropriate interventions. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans. Delegate tasks
and supervise nursing assistants and other support personnel.
Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and state nurse
practice regulations. Float between Stepdown and
Telemetry/Medical-Surgical units as needed. Maintain competency
through ongoing education and training. Qualifications &
Experience: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 2 years
experience in stepdown or progressive care nursing. Certifications:
ACLS and BLS required. Ability and willingness to float to
Telemetry and Medical-Surgical units. Strong critical thinking and
leadership skills. Reliable night shift availability, including
every other weekend. Location: Position is located in Bella Vista,
Arkansas, a scenic city known for its family-friendly atmosphere,
beautiful green spaces, and outdoor recreational activities. Bella

to live and work. Schedule: Night shifts, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Every
other weekend required This opportunity is a 13-week contract role,
ideal for experienced RNs looking to apply their stepdown and
