3p-3a; 1 Physician and 1 Tele Physician 7p-7a Number of Beds: 194
EMR: EPIC Procedures: Procedures, codes and rapids not required
ICU: Open, cases transferred to intensivist on staff Residency:
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Qualifications Education:
Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Licensure: Arkansas Medical

Fort Smith - HM: Baptist Health-Fort Smith is the oldest hospital
in Arkansas, having originally been built in 1887. Since then, the
Fort Smith hospital has expanded at its current location on Towson
Avenue. Baptist Health-Fort Smith, which serves residents of the
River Valley, joined Baptist Health in November 2018 and has 492
licensed beds. The nationally recognized, faith-based hospital is
just south of downtown Fort Smith. Baptist Health-Fort Smith's
Emergency Department is a Level III trauma center, which means it
has demonstrated the ability to provide advanced trauma life
support (ATLS) prior to the transfer of patients to a higher-level
trauma center. Comprehensive Services include: Cardiology, Cancer
Care, Diabetes Care, Diagnostic Imaging, Digestive Health,
Emergency Services, Fitness Center, Heart Care, Geriatric Services,
Kidney Care, Laboratory Services, Neurology, Neurosurgery,
