Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered
Nurse Clinical Lead to join our faith-based healthcare team. In
this pivotal role, you will oversee nursing staff and manage
clinical operations, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care
while embodying our values of compassion and service. You will play
a critical role in shaping patient experiences and outcomes by
leveraging innovative care techniques and fostering a supportive
environment for both staff and patients within our network of
facilities. Lead and supervise a team of nurses and other
healthcare personnel, ensuring adherence to quality standards and
policies. Develop and implement nursing care plans while
coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to provide
patient-centered care. Assess ongoing staff training needs and
facilitate developmental programs to enhance skills and
capabilities. Monitor patient care for quality and efficacy,
adjusting strategies as necessary to improve outcomes. Manage the
allocation of resources and staff schedules to maintain efficient,
effective care delivery. Ensure compliance with healthcare
regulations and maintain the highest standards of ethics and
patient privacy. Act as a mentor and resource for staff, promoting
a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the
clinical setting. Exceptional leadership and team management
skills. Strong clinical skills with an ability to make quick and
accurate decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, capable of effectively collaborating with varied healthcare
teams. Proficiency in healthcare management systems and electronic
health records. Ability to handle high-stress situations and make
patient-centric decisions. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), and Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Certification in leadership for nurses
preferred, such as Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) or
similar.
