Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Tulsa, OK Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,110 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years in a hospital setting required, no travel experience if over 4 years License: Valid Oklahoma or Compact License required Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; NIH preferred Must-Have: Cardiac self-rating of 3 or above; basic dysrhythmia training preferred (self-rating 3 or above) Description: This position involves working in an acute care hospital setting. The nurse will provide care for a diverse population of patients. Patient ratios will typically be 1:5, with the potential for 1:6-7 on some shifts. The nurse will need to manage various patient diagnoses including altered mental status, CHF, stroke, surgical patients, DKA, and infections. Required skills include the interpretation and management of dysrhythmias. Experience with EPIC charting is essential and must be current within the last six months. Attendance policy is strict; missed shifts count towards warnings and potential cancellation. Weekends are required with three weekend shifts per six weeks. This role does not include on-call responsibilities. RTO is restricted to a maximum of five days total during the assignment. No additional time off requests will be accepted after submission. Traveler must be familiar with handling patients with mental health diagnoses. All clinical staff must complete required modules before starting the assignment.
