Job Description:
Ascension is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse
with a specialization in cardiac care to join our faith-based
healthcare team. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing
expert nursing care to patients with cardiovascular diseases,
employing innovative practices in line with our mission to
transform healthcare. You'll work closely with a team of
professionals to support patient recovery and promote heart health
in a compassionate and personalized environment. Assess, plan, and
administer nursing care to cardiac patients Monitor patient health
and progress post-surgery Educate patients and families on heart
health, disease management, and post-hospital care Collaborate with
cardiologists and healthcare professionals to customize patient
care plans Participate in research and stay updated on advancements
in cardiac care Strong clinical skills in cardiac care Proficiency
in using medical software and patient databases Excellent
communication and teamwork abilities Ability to handle high-stress
situations Empathy and commitment to patient-centered care Medical

Registered Nurse (RN) licensure BLS/ACLS Certification
Certification in Cardiac-Vascular Nursing (RN-BC) preferred
