Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ED - Emergency Department - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - ED /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week (3x12 schedule) /n• 2 years of nursing experience required /n• Required certifications: Arkansas nursing license, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, CPEN /n• Work in Emergency Department providing critical care to patients /n• Use EPIC electronic medical record system /n• Assess patients, plan and evaluate care, and educate patients and families /n• Utilize appropriate resources to optimize patient care and patient flow /n• Follow pain assessment policies and assist with pain management /n• Participate in patient safety/risk management and quality improvement programs /n• Dress code requires black scrubs /n• Flu vaccination required for all travelers (exemptions must be client approved) /n• No call requirements or float requirements /n• No weekend hour requirements specified /n/n Facility: /n This 336-bed acute care hospital has over 100 years of history providing compassionate care to the community.
