Position Opportunity: Pharmacist Job Details: • Participate in
Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee meetings• Work under general
supervision of the Director providing pharmaceutical services •
Maintain adequate drug supply and complete ordering processes on a
timely basis • Prepare, sterilize, and label parenteral medications
and solutions • Fill and dispense all medications according to
protocols • Conduct monthly inspections of patient care units and
pharmacy areas • Maintain strict control and documentation of
controlled substances • Participate in quality assurance programs
related to drug utilization • Monitor patient drug therapy for
contraindications and interactions • Provide discharge counseling
and medication reconciliation • Participate in antimicrobial
stewardship and pharmacokinetic dosing management • Required:
Current state pharmacy licensure, BLS certification, EPIC
experience • Minimum 2 years of recent hospital experience required
• Must maintain confidentiality and follow all federal and state
