Locums Opportunity - Nurse Practitioner (Neonatology)
Location: Bentonville / Springdale, Arkansas
Assignment Availability

• Start Date: May 1, 2026
• End Date: Ongoing
• Providers Needed: 4

• Shift Length: 24-hour shifts
• Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• Weekend Coverage: Included

• Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Trauma Level: II

• NICU Patients per Shift: 7-10
• Newborn Nursery ADC: 10-15
• Department Beds: 26

• Provide neonatal care within a Level III NICU
• Perform critical care neonatal procedures
• Attend deliveries
• Participate in neonatal transport
• Manage admissions and assigned patient rounding
• Provide care for both NICU and newborn nursery patients

• Board Certified - Required

• Active Arkansas License - Required

• NRP - Required

• Neonatal fellowship training

• EMR: Cerner
