TRAVEL REGISTERED NURSE (RN) - Telemetry
CareerStaff Travel Nursing is looking for highly skilled Telemetry Nurses for travel RN contract opportunities in Tulsa, OK. Telemetry nurses provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient clinical condition including patient monitoring and the results of diagnostic studies. Performs general nursing duties in the Med/Surg unit as needed. Registered Nurse performs general nursing duties in all Telemetry departments with adequate supervision.
Some of this facility's successes include having Oklahoma's only ACS Level II trauma center and northeastern Oklahoma's only Joint Commission-accredited stroke center. They have one of Oklahoma's only accredited women's diagnostic imaging centers of excellence. This facility brought many advanced technologies to Tulsa, including the first endovascular operating suite, all-digital diagnostic radiology, the da Vinci surgical robot and the CyberKnife non-invasive radiation system. This medical center is Tulsa's first Magnet-recognized hospital for excellence in nursing, and it was recently ranked a top Oklahoma hospital in U.S. News & World Report's 2012-2013 Best Hospitals rankings. They were also named a 2012-2013 Consumer Choice Award Winner by the National Research Corporation.
Tulsa is a city on the Arkansas River, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. It's known for its art deco architecture, mostly in the central Deco District. Landmarks like the Philcade and Philtower buildings reflect a 20th-century construction boom fueled by the prosperous local oil industry. The Philbrook Museum of Art is housed in an Italianate villa that was once the home of a local oil magnate.

1. 2 Year(s) of current Telemetry Experience
2. BLS issued through American Heart Association & NIH
3. Must be eligible to work in the United States
4. OK State RN License
