Description: This group will be taking ELF (E-File think turbo
tax 1099 and w2 calls NOT business or corp calls) Telephone support
for Prosystem fx tax and electronic filing customers. Answering
incoming customer calls related to the tax and electronic filing
software problems. Placing outgoing customer calls when necessary.
Assisting full time staff with various product testing projects
that periodically arise throughout the tax season. Special project
work as assigned when call volume is low.
