Job Description:

To make and receive calls and texts for the Ticket to work Program and set appointments for Career Counselors.This position will spend the majority of their time on the phone. Applicants need a strong background in call center or customer service work. This is a call center type position within an office environment.Description:

Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concernsCall or text customers from list provided using automated systemsQualify potential candidates for the Ticket to Work Program.Complete needed paperworkDe-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and supportCollaborate with other coworkers to improve customer serviceEnsures adherence of company policies on PII.Maintain client call databaseMaintains conversations with customer per written scripts that will assist with assignmentsRequirements:
High school degree or GEDPass a background checkStrong communication, both written and verbalGreat active listening skillsExceptional interpersonal and rapport building skillsA patient and empathetic attitudeStrong time management and organizational skillsAdaptability and flexibilityComfortable working in fast-paced environmentsComputer literacyPhone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systemsAbility to understand the Ticket to work Program and is able to explain to customersJob Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 per hour
