Assistant Manager at Bella Vista Country Club will play a crucial
role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services. This
position is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in
overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and maintaining high
standards of customer service. The Assistant Manager will also be
involved in inventory management, staff training, and implementing
promotional activities to enhance guest experiences. A key focus
will be on fostering a positive work environment and ensuring
compliance with health and safety regulations. Ultimately, the goal
is to contribute to the overall success and profitability of the
restaurant while delivering exceptional dining experiences to our
members and guests. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or
equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant or
hospitality environment. Strong leadership and communication
skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality
Management or related field. Experience in a supervisory role
within a restaurant setting. Knowledge of food safety regulations
and best practices. Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant Manager
in daily operations and staff management. Supervise and train
restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service. Monitor inventory
levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Handle customer
inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction. Implement
and maintain health and safety standards in the restaurant. Skills:
The required skills for this position include strong leadership
abilities, which will be utilized in training and managing staff to
ensure a cohesive team environment. Excellent communication skills
are essential for interacting with both guests and team members,
facilitating a positive dining experience. Organizational skills
will be critical in managing inventory and ensuring that the
