Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Oklahoma license or compact license (required for submission). • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. • Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - South and no current placement allowed at Program: Ascension Health Resource and Supply Management Group, LLC (Direct) - South. Additional Details: Required Credentials: Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license. Ascension EKG Exam. Driver’s License/State ID. Shift & Scheduling Requirements: All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week. Special Request Requirements: In order to receive travel rate, clinician’s claimed residence must match address on drivers license. Unit and Facility Details: Cardiac telemetry unit, caring for all cardiac needs including post op care.
