This person will lead talent acquisitions from both on-site at company headquarters, as well as out in the Tulsa community. An outgoing personality and ability to attract qualified candidates is a must. The ideal candidate has full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing, to interviewing, to hiring awesome employees.       • Casual dressWhat You'll Do:The Recruiter will report to the Recruiting Manager and will act as the face of the company out in the community and during on-site interviews. This individual is self-motivated and works with a sense of urgency to meet goals. A week in the life of a Recruiter may include, but isn't limited to, the following responsibilities:
        • Creatively source candidates using various methods such as social media, job boards, promotional materials, and more
        • Interview and hire exceptional talent for the organization to meet all hiring goals on-time
          • Post compelling job ads to appropriate websites and other recruiting sources
          • Find, coordinate, and participates in job fairs and community events
          • Bring fresh ideas of how to connect with potential job seekers
          • Clearly convey and promote the company's purpose-driven culture and emphasis on supporting the community
          • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the recruitment process
            • Prescreen candidates and quickly schedule interviews
            • Automate interview scheduling with conversation bot
            • Conduct phone, video and in-person interviews to ensure candidates are a good fit for the position
            • Consult with hiring managers on candidate qualifications
            • Ensure candidates complete the application process and administer a computer-based skills test
              • Process background checks, drug screenings, and complete E-Verify
              • Administer the on-boarding process, including all new-hire paperwork, efficiently
              • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
              • Assist the Human Resources department with other assignments as neededWhat You'll Bring:
                • Minimum of 1-year proven work experience as a Recruiter - required
                • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources - preferred
                • 1 year of contact center experience - preferred
                • Experience using an applicant tracking system - required
                • Flexible schedule with availability to work 8AM - 7PM weekdays and 9AM - 12PM Saturdays as needed and with advanced notice
                  • Friendly personality and exceptional communication skills
                  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
                  • Talent to promote and foster a positive work environment
                  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
