integrated community behavioral health model of care intended to
provide integrated, evidence-based, trauma-informed,
recovery-oriented and person-and-family-centered care. The CCBHC
offers the full array of CCBHC-required mental health, substance
use disorder (SUD) and primary care screening services. Director of
Clinical Training will work in partnership with others to support
the structured inter-disciplinary teams, within in a Certified
Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) model, to provide
services utilizing evidence based practices.This position is
available in 1 program: Child Abuse and Trauma ServicesThe Child
Thrive Coordinator is responsible for the following duties:
- Regularly review Child Mind material and other relevant
clinical material and determine to immediately disperse to staff or
further develop for training.
- For immediate resources, develop resource system in SharePoint
for immediate access and utilization by care coordinators and
therapists.
- Develop clinical program content to be used in care
coordination, wellness and therapeutic interventions.
- Develop training for more involved clinical content and provide
the training to care coordinators and therapists.
- Promote use of Child Mind information within Evidenced Based
Practices.
- Complete training process for each care coordinator and
therapist and provide to clinical supervisors.
- Work closely with clinical supervisors to determine areas of
competency development and efforts to provide training.
- Complete monthly reports for CPO and Clinical Supervisors with
curriculum outputs, resource development, training provided,
competencies achieved, and annual training/observation/fidelity
measurement schedule.
- Develop curriculum for areas of need or interest for program
and teach to apply skills to specific situations.
- Provide and coordinate initial training in service model for
new employees.
- Coordinate with other Child Thrive Coordinators to share
materials and gain information.QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have Masters degree in social work/counseling psychology
or related field.
- Must be licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW,
LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma.
- Must have ability to work with the public, ability to maintain
an effective working relationship with agency employees, ability to
maintain a professional manner at all times and ability to maintain
confidentiality.
- Must obtain and carry cellular phone during working hours.
- Must possess a driver's license and use personal automobile to
travel to locations other than primary office.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
- Requires ability to document activities, write reports,
business correspondence and procedure manual.
- Ability to effectively represent information and respond to
questions from colleagues, clients, customers and the general
public.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with
colleagues, clients, client's families, public and third party
payer personnel.
