Nights (3x12s) | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay Range: $33.15 – $47.00 per
hour Relocation Bonus: Up to $10,000 (if eligible) Key
Responsibilities Provide patient care using the full nursing
process. Assess, organize, prioritize, and perform patient care
with sensitivity to age, culture, and psychosocial factors.
Document accurately using appropriate medical terminology. Address
patient problems, track progress toward goals, and support safe,
timely discharge. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
ensure quality patient outcomes. Participate in performance
improvement and educational activities. Communicate effectively
with patients, families, and internal staff. Required Skills &
Experience 6–12 months of RN experience minimum (no new grads).
Strong knowledge of general disease management, clinical pathways,
and the biopsychosocial model. Excellent verbal, written, and
interpersonal communication skills. Ability to organize,
prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. High
attention to detail and accuracy in clinical documentation.
Preferred: Prior Emergency Room experience . Education Requirements
ADN or ASN required. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of
nursing recognized by a state board. Licensure & Certifications
Required: Valid Oklahoma RN License or Multistate Compact License
BLS ACLS (must be obtained within 6 months of hire) Company
