Job Description Job Description Summary: This is a Direct Hire Respiratory Therapist role in an acute care hospital. They’re seeking a licensed CRT or RRT with skills in mechanical ventilation, critical care and general respiratory treatments. New grads with 0–6 months experience are welcome. Shift/Schedule: Days – 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Benefits: Sign-on Bonus / Relocation (if applicable) Responsibilities: Assess and deliver respiratory care to patients in non-critical and critical care areas Perform mechanical ventilation management and monitor patient response Verify physician orders and document clinical information accurately in medical records Provide patient care considering age, cultural, and psychosocial factors Respond to Code Blue, RIT/CRIT calls, and patient transports in a timely manner Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program Licensure & Certification: Valid Oklahoma Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License or temporary practice letter CRT or RRT credential (NBRC) BLS certification within 2 months of hire Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience required.
