Technical Support Specialist We have an immediate opening for a Technical Support Specialist! The Ideal Match for Our Team: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills Enjoys working with clients and sales reps over the phone Able to assess challenging situations and find opportunities for improvement Able to accurately follow customer workflows in a fast-paced environment Availability for occasional overtime hours Hardworking but with a sense of humor and ability to have fun! What You'll Do: Provision/deploy equipment & software necessary to allow clients to process payments Navigate multiple systems to perform job function Install & train customers on payment solutions via phone and email Respond quickly and professionally to service requests through various channels Complete service reports ensuring prompt and thorough issue resolution and quality control Provide overflow call coverage for Customer Support Full-time position - Monday through Friday Must be technically proficient What Comes with It: Salary: $17.00 /hour Monthly bonus (up to 10% of monthly pay) based on performance Lots of opportunities for leadership and career growth 3 weeks paid time off & 11 paid holidays Competitive health & maternity/paternity benefits provided 401K Match Beautiful downtown Tulsa office location with valet parking!
