Job Description:

ResourceOne is currently looking for an experience data programmer. In this role you will be working closely with our client services and production team. You will ensure information is correctly entered to process the job.

Required Job Duties:

* Receive and confirm all project required data, graphic assets, and instructions are available, proactively requesting any missing information.
* Write rules, scripts, and data transformations in Quadient Inspire.
* Create scripts to accommodate conditional tasks
* Follow supplied style guides for page layout
* Create electronic PDF proofs
* Spool outputs appropriate to imaging devices (inkjet, monochrome laser, color laser, etc.)
* Communicate with project management about status of work and any issues with work in progress.
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Develop and manage complex variable data projects, including complex versioning, using Quadient Inspire
* Analyze, manipulate, format, merge/purge and import external data
* Process data in compliance with USPS regulations using presort software
* Generate barcodes and/or control characters for use in match mailing and intelligent inserting
* Prepare files for output to a variety of digital print devices
* Perform quality assurance verification.
* Create job-specific reports for customers as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to effectively manage projects exceeding customer expectations

Education and Experience Requirements:

* 2-3 years' experience preferred.
* Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
