Modis Engineering is searching for 2 dedicated, professional, team-oriented maintenance technicians to join our client’s unique work environment. As the Senior Maintenance Technician you will:
-Perform preventative maintenance on all machinery, detect failing equipment, troubleshoot, repair and set up all equipment
-Be able to read mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics
-Have knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical functions
-Possess the ability to use electrical test equipment as well as welding equipment including stick, mig, braze and torch
-Be able to machine and fabricate parts on the following machines: lathe, milling machine, drill press, surface grinder, welder
-Understand compressors and transfer systems (pumping and vacuum)
-Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form with co-workers and management
 
Requirements:
-Prefer 3-5 years maintenance/electrical experience
-Ability to work independently and be a self-motivator
-Knowledge and experience troubleshooting high speed manufacturing environment
-Ability to perform various clean up and maintenance tasks as required
-Extensive knowledge of the occupational hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance in using equipment to complete assigned tasks
-Run conduit
-AC & DC Vector Drive Installation & Programming
-AC & DC Motor Control Circuit
-PLC Troubleshooting
 
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
OK Journeyman’s Electrical License preferred
