Job Description Job Description Akkodis is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Bentonville, AR . The ideal candidate must have experience designing analytics solutions for cloud platforms. They will lead discussions, build applications, and ensure successful deployment and monitoring in production. Rate Range: $46/hour to $48/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Sr. Software Engineer job responsibilities include: Designing and developing scalable software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and specifications Ensuring high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and maintaining best practices Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. 10 years of experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, and any Cloud Platform (Azure preferred) Strong experience in Kafka or any Messaging Queue Hands-on experience or knowledge in designing large-scale applications with high-volume data processing.
