Job Description:

our newest Installation Technician. This role is crucial for
providing hands-on support and technical expertise to our customers
across a variety of products. From smart home devices to computer
setups, you will be tasked with ensuring operational excellence and
high levels of customer satisfaction. Working in this dynamic field
combines problem-solving with customer service, offering a
rewarding work environment where you can truly make a difference.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot various tech devices such as
smart home devices, personal computers, and home entertainment
systems. Educate clients on how to use their new installations and
provide technical advice. Perform diagnostics and provide solutions
for connectivity issues. Maintain accurate records of
installations, repairs, and services performed. Ensure all work
complies with company policies and safety standards. Proficiency in
setting up and troubleshooting hardware and software systems Strong
understanding of wired and wireless network configurations
Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to
manage time efficiently and solve problems effectively Familiarity
with the latest consumer technology and IoT products A
certification from CompTIA Network certification (optional but
preferred) Smart Home technology certifications (beneficial)
