Aramark is seeking a motivated and dynamic Route Sales Relief Driver to join our Transportation and Logistics team. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products while maintaining the highest levels of customer service. As a Route Sales Relief Driver, you will cover routes when regular drivers are unavailable, handling the distribution of Aramark products to various client locations, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and business operations. This position requires adaptability, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to quickly build rapport with customers. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, collecting payments, and providing occasional feedback on sales trends and customer needs. Deliver products to assigned routes in a timely and safe manner. Cover for regular route drivers when they are on leave or unavailable. Manage payments and ensure accurate transaction records. Maintain and manage inventory levels to ensure that client needs are met without interruption. Build strong relationships with clients, addressing and resolving issues as they arise. Prepare reports on route activities and irregularities. Adhere to all safety protocols and driving regulations. Solid driving and navigation skills. Ability to operate and manage a commercial vehicle. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle physical workload required for loading and unloading products. Basic financial acumen for managing transactions.
