Full-time Description Main Responsibilities This position prioritizes the following tasks: Support, assistance, and communication with Press Operator and Quality Control Specialist Ensure that Press Operator has all the tools they need and that those tools and workspace are maintained and cleaned Maintain focus, ensuring that all the details of each print job are attended to and no errors occur Be the first line of ensuring company quality standards Anticipate, monitor, and understand job workflow Minimize setup and teardown time with the objective of continuously improved efficiency Requirements The person in this position must have the following characteristics: Exemplary communicator: able to talk to press operators and other production team members Adaptable and Agile: able to address and resolve issues on the floor and be a fast worker Team Player: able to ask for help when needed and offer help without being asked Observant, attentive to detail: able to monitor ink levels and all aspects of the printing process Salary Description starting $14/hour
