Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) for recent college graduates
Matrix Service Company's Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is designed
to recruit recent college graduates, give you the skills and
business acumen you need to be a successful professional, and
facilitate your acceleration toward a long-term career within our
organization. The program focuses energy on the development of real
world skills that will ensure that you, the future of Matrix, are
well-prepared for a career in our business. This class will begin

The 18-24 month program is rotational and includes specialized
training targeted at the continued professional development of
high-caliber construction science/management graduates such as
yourself. You will participate in approximately three major project
rotations in the field for extended lengths of time. The projects
will allow you to work in different parts of our business, ensuring
that you acquire the wide ranging, foundational experience you will
need to be successful at Matrix.
You will be a direct, full-time hire with benefits out of the
Corporate office in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a range of developmental
opportunities including self-guided and instructor-led training,
mentorship, networking and leadership to name just a few.
Opportunities for growth are abundant, but the rotational nature of
the program necessitates some self-direction and initiative. Matrix

Upon completion of the program, you will have gained an exposure to
our business that will allow you to follow your career path in one
of our business lines and functions. At that time, you will
relocate to a regional business unit or major project depending on
aptitude and the needs of the business.
* Graduating seniors or recent college graduates with a BS/BA in
Construction Science/Management or other approved major.
* Field construction experience through internships, co-ops or work
* Willingness to travel and relocate; flexibility to adapt with
changing business needs.
* Desire to work in a construction, field environment.
* High level of initiative with a strong desire to learn and
develop new skills.
* Effective time and project management skills with ability to
manage multiple priorities.
* Ability to think critically, conceptually and understand broad

direct supervision at times.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in the use of personal computers and technology, such
as MS Office Suite.
* Documentation of current, good collegiate standing and expected
graduation date, such as with transcripts.
