provides testing services for physicians and hospitals within a

What You Will Do:
On a level one basis, work with assigned
customers/areas to translate business requirements into
application/system solutions. Contribute technical support for one
or more business application systems.
What You Will Need:
- Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying and
responding within scope of responsibility.
- Choose from established procedures to address customer
- Direct customers to the correct resources when necessary for
- Form productive relationships with internal customers by
listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
- Address new problems by applying knowledge of past identical or
similar problems and following well-defined patterns.
- Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and
according to standards.
- Share knowledge effectively within the work team.
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or
Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
