RN Registered Nurse Manager - Sapulpa
Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Full Time Day Shift
Location: Sapulpa, Ok
Ascension St. John Sapulpa is a critical access facility located
only 20 minutes from downtown Tulsa. Our 25-bed facility offers a
full range of services including emergency care, cardiac care,
inpatient/outpatient therapy (physical, speech, and occupational),
skilled nursing care, surgical services, radiology, including
mammography, ultrasound, x-ray, MRI, and CT, and laboratory
As an Associate with Ascension St. John, you will have the
opportunity to provide direct nursing care in a diverse healthcare
environment in accordance with established policies, procedures and
protocols of the healthcare organization.
What You Will Do:
Manage activities, workflow and nursing
resources of assigned nursing unit(s).
What You Will Need:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation
requirements for self and within unit.
- Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating
- Identify and resolve issues affecting the delivery of patient
care services for the assigned unit(s).
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to guarantee
efficient and effective delivery of health services in a unit.
- Monitor and adhere to budget.
- Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to
ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
Licensure / Certification /
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association
(AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job
transfer date required.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of
- Licensed Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job
transfer date required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing with
- 3 years of experience required.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
Surgery Trained Experience strongly
