Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing individual with experience selling oil and gas equipment and/or services. This person will be responsible for driving sales growth by implementing and managing WeldFit's sales strategy within an assigned region. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas.What You'll Do: Cold calling on prospective and/or existing clients within the assigned region.Perform direct sales contact and sales development work through all levels of a customer or prospect organizationIdentify opportunities to grow the regional customer base and prepare action plans to convert sales prospects into new accountsRespond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer success and satisfaction.Ensure the timely review, strategy development, accurate evaluation and effective bid on all inquiries.Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a customer to securing a deal.Provide accurate and timely forecasts, funnel hygiene, target/objective updates to deliver on all account objectives and annual targets.Prepare a variety of status reports such as sales forecasts, meeting notes, and progress to goals.Ensure accurate data management on all accounts, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce.Conduct technical presentations and discussions to promote the WeldFit product and service offering.Visit installation projects to understand product applications and to help develop strong customer relationshipsWho You Are: Strategically MindedCommittedEmotionally IntelligentCustomer FocusedRequirements: Highly knowledgeable in pipeline oil/gas operationsTechnical knowledge regarding company products and servicesBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, 401k Matching, Vacation and moreJob Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceDisability insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offPaid trainingVision insuranceWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Commission payApplication Question(s):What is your desired salary?Willingness to travel:50% (Preferred)Work Location: On the road
