Description:
SUMMARYThis position includes work related to the design of Civil
Engineering related projects such as site development,
roads/streets, storm water/drainage, water distribution, sanitary
sewer distribution, pump stations and related work in the
commercial, government, residential, industrial and education
sectors.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for the technical completion of civil projects
- Works closely and under the Direction of the Project Manager
and Project Engineer
- Serves as a mentor to Civil Technician(s) providing training
and work
- Prepares designs, drawings, reports, and data sheets for civil
engineering projects
- Maintains files and folders of drawing and design documents on
the network per company standards
- Completes assignments on time and on budget
- Compiles data and performs dimensional and routine calculations
required for the preparation of drawings
- Develops drawings and other documents for the civil
infrastructure and site development projects
- Documents progress and communicates project status to others in
a timely manner
- Maintains cooperative and productive relationships with all
team members of all disciplines to ensure coordinated designs and
plans

Requirements:
SKILLS
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Graphics editing
- Ability to work with little oversight
- Ability to work with multi-disciplined architectural and
