SHIFT LEADER

Like fellow team members, Shift Supervisors take customer orders and handle sales and purchases. If there is a customer issue or inquiry, the Shift Supervisor is the next point of contact for the customer if it has escalated from another team member. The Shift Supervisor then works to resolve the issue. As part of our KFC Family, you will be part of a team that will provide thorough training, and learning opportunities that help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, training, and motivating Team Members
• Stocking and maintaining required inventory levels, cash handling, preparation of reports and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Various customer service activities and preparation of product.
• Demonstrates positive energy at all the times
• Provide a top-notch guest experience that includes friendly interactions, hot & fresh meals and a commitment to cleanliness
  
  Qualifications
  
  • Must be 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED
  • A valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle, with secure, dependable and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • management/leadership and organizational skills are required
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 30 feet
  • Able to push/pull up to 90 lbs up to 30 feet
  • Able to stand and walk for a majority of work shift
