See what Tank Connection has in store for your future!Position Summary: The Epicor Administrator position is responsible for the administration, configuration, expansion, and maintenance of the Epicor ERP system and various related systems at Tank Connection. This includes database services, 3rd-party integrations, and reporting. Epicor Administrator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain normal operations of the on premise Epicor ERP system within a demanding environment
• Coordinate testing and development activities through multiple Epicor ERP instances
• Perform discovery activities on underutilized functionality, new functionality, or currently unowned modules for Epicor ERP
• Perform Epicor updates and coordinate with relevant departments during an upgrade
• Perform training activities for different departments and individuals throughout the organization
• Develop and maintain various reports required by different business units within the company
• Provide Epicor expertise to the rest of the organization
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with different departments and individuals within the company to help best guide the organization in the utilization of Epicor ERP
• May perform other duties as assigned.Epicor Administrator Skills and Specifications:
  • Experience managing an active Epicor installation in a demanding environment
  • Experience working with various departments and disciplines to accomplish and execute organizational requirements and vision.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (preferred)
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) (preferred)
  • Communication of technical requirements, concepts, or features with non-technical personnel.
  • Experience managing workload with project scopes, task lists, and other tools.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, or methodologies to perform tasks.Epicor Administrator Education and Qualifications:
    • High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
    • Minimum of 5 years' of Epicor ERP administrative experienceEpicor Administrator Physical Requirements:

        • While performing the duties of Epicor Administrator, the employee is exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
